Alicia N. Morgan
I’m Alicia Morgan, the owner and lead attorney at Immigration Lawyers USA in Miami, Florida. I hold dual bachelor’s degrees in Spanish and Print Journalism (summa cum laude) and earned my J.D. from the West Virginia University College of Law, where I served in the Immigration Law Clinic. My background in both language and law allows me to communicate clearly and advocate effectively for my clients. For over a decade, I’ve helped individuals and families navigate complex immigration cases, including unlawful presence and fraud waivers, adjustment of status, deportation defense, U Visas, VAWA cases, TPS, DACA, naturalization, and E-2 investor visas. At the heart of my practice is a commitment to building strong, transparent relationships with my clients. I take time to listen, explain each step in plain language, and guide every case with both strategy and compassion. Outside of work, I’m active in my church’s children’s ministry, serve on several AILA South Florida committees, and enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and snorkeling.
