Background: She completed her high school education with distinction, achieving a flawless 4.0 G.P.A., driven by a strong desire to make a positive impact on the world. She continued her academic journey by pursuing a dual Bachelor's degree in Spanish and Print Journalism at Murray State University in Kentucky for her undergraduate studies, graduating with the highest honors: summa cum laude. During her time at the university, she was honored twice as the Best Spanish Student by the Modern Language Department.  She later attended West Virginia University College of Law, where she served as a student lawyer in the Immigration Law Clinic.  She stays active in her church, volunteering for Christ Fellowship Kids ministry and attending a small group.  She has been involved in numerous committees annually for the South Florida Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, including the Continuing Legal Education Administration Committee, New Member Division, Unauthorized Practice of Lawand the DMV Committee. She currently serves on the Wellness Committee and DMV Committee. She loves traveling, learning languages, snorkeling, and spending time with her family, including her husband and two young children.

Passion for the Law: Attorney Morgan knew in 7th grade she wanted to be a lawyer. She takes pleasure in advocating for her clients in intricate family-based petitions, including unlawful presence, crime, and fraud waivers. Her expertise extends to defending against deportation, covering cancellation of removal for both non-legal permanent residents and legal permanent residents, as well as handling adjustment of status and prosecutorial discretion cases. Additionally, she excels in processing U visa, VAWA, TPS, DACA applications, as well as naturalization cases and E2 investment visas.
